The shipping charge is a separate service you are purchasing through USPS. Once your package is scanned in as “accepted” at the post office, Leigh + Laina is in no way responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for any issues with shipping.

Leigh + Laina only accepts returns if an item is visibly defected. Please send documentation of the issue within 48 hrs of receiving to email@example.com to begin the return process.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process a cancellation on your orders if they are within TAT or for buyer’s remorse. You are more than welcome to sell on the B/S/T when your item(s) arrive to receive your money back that way.
